Job Summary
We are hiring an Implementation Junior Engineer to support irrigation project execution at our Pune location. The role involves planning and implementing irrigation systems, preparing BOMs, verifying materials, and reviewing installation drawings to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. The candidate will work closely with design, vendor, and field teams, provide technical guidance during installation, and support coordination across project stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have 2–3 years of field experience in irrigation projects, strong technical knowledge of irrigation components, and proficiency in AutoCAD and related tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

???? Position: Implementation Junior Engineer
???? Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
???? Required Education & Experience:
Degree in Agricultural Engineering / Mechanical Technician
2–3 years of field experience in irrigation project installation
???? Key Responsibilities & Skills:
??Detailed planning of all irrigation components – from pump station / head control unit to emitters.
??Strong knowledge of irrigation system components including:pumping solutions, filtration systems, valves, fittings and accessories.
??Preparation of complete BOM (Bill of Materials) for site delivery and installation based on irrigation design maps.
??Responsible for preparing and verifying all required materials and components.
??Ability to design and select large-diameter manifolds for irrigation systems.
??Review and verification of the complete set of installation drawings.
??Knowledge of irrigation automation, controllers, sensors and smart irrigation systems (added advantage).
??Provide technical support to company subsidiaries in coordination with corporate teams.
??Provide support and technical guidance to project supervisors and contractors.
??Coordinate with vendors to clarify product specifications and system requirements.
??Strong collaboration with designers and draftsmen from initial data collection to final design.
??Ability to deliver quality work under tight schedules and deadlines.
??Good working proficiency in English.
??Strong initiative, creativity and technical aptitude.
??Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
???? General Assignments
• Understand collection data and final irrigation design maps
• Prepare:Irrigation room drawings, Valve cluster drawings,
Flushing end-line and lateral connection drawings (in Inventor).
• Coordinate with Designers, Implementation teams and Draftsmen from detailed characterization to final design.
• Ensure BOM is clearly shown on drawings.
