We are seeking a detail-oriented EXIM Executive to manage export-import operations at our Pune location. The role involves handling end-to-end documentation for exports and imports, including coordination with transporters, CHA, and regulatory authorities, as well as ensuring compliance with customs laws and international trade regulations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment tracking, approvals, import/export documentation, and adherence to compliance processes such as SEEPZ, IGCR, and customs clearance. Ideal candidates should have 2 years of experience in EXIM operations with strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and coordination in international trade.

Key Responsibilities:
? Export Documentation:
Knowledge of HS codes & customs laws
Coordination with transporters & CHA for containers
Approval for checklists, BL drafts, COO/AIFTA applications
Handling E-sealing processes & shipment tracking
Experience in QPR/APR SEEPZ compliance
? Import Documentation:
Expertise in IGCR applications & import bond process
Knowledge of import customs laws & bill of entry approvals
Handling monthly import returns
? Custom Clearance & Compliance:
Experience in custom clearing processes
Managing SGS & COC documentation
