The role involves managing production processes including blending, repacking, and formulation of liquid and powder fertilizers while ensuring optimal batch control, raw material utilization, and product quality. The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Ideal candidates should have 4–5 years of experience in fertilizer or agrochemical manufacturing with a strong understanding of formulations, process control, and plant operations.

Qualification: MSc Chemistry.
Experience: 4–5 years.
Industry: Fertilizer / Agro-chemicals.

???? Key Responsibilities & Skills:
??Responsible for micronutrient fertilizer production (liquid / powder / mixture as per plant process).
??Supervision of chemical fertilizer repacking and blending operations.
??Monitoring batch processes, raw material usage and yield.
??Ensuring quality checks and basic documentation as per company standards.
??Coordination with production, maintenance and stores teams for smooth plant operations.
??Maintaining safety and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.

?Hands-on experience in fertilizer or chemical manufacturing.
?Basic understanding of formulations, dosing and process control.
