We are hiring an experienced Production Professional to manage manufacturing operations of biofertilizers and biopesticides at our Bhilai facility. The role involves handling microbial cultures, fermentation, formulation, and packaging while ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and GMP practices. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, maintaining batch records, ensuring contamination control, and coordinating with QA/QC for smooth plant operations. Ideal candidates should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in biofertilizer or biopesticide production with strong knowledge of microbial handling and large-scale production processes.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Responsible for production of biofertilizers and biopesticides as per standard operating procedures.
Handling microbial culture, fermentation / multiplication, formulation and packing activities.
Monitoring process parameters, batch records and production output.
Ensuring product quality, contamination control and basic lab checks.
Maintaining GMP, safety and hygiene practices in the production area.
Coordination with QA/QC and operations teams for smooth plant functioning.

General Assignments:
Hands-on experience in biofertilizer or biopesticide manufacturing units.
Practical knowledge of microbial handling and production-scale operations.
